Before your order is shipped, we perform a strict quality control inspection on every item to ensure it meets our standards.

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer two primary shipping options to our customers. Please note that the estimated delivery times below do not include the processing time.

  • Express Shipping (Recommended):

    • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 8 business days.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the quantity and weight of your items.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 8 to 12 business days.

    • Cost: Free for most destinations.

    • Note: Free shipping may not be available for certain remote regions. If free shipping is not available for your address, the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

3. Total Delivery Time

To calculate when your order will arrive, please use the following formula: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2–5 business days) + Shipping Time

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that these are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, holiday spikes, or regional courier service interruptions, which are beyond our control.

4. How to Calculate Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated individually based on the quantity, weight, and the shipping method selected for your order. Product prices displayed on our site do not include shipping costs.

To estimate your shipping fee:

  1. Add your desired items to your Cart.

  2. Proceed to the Checkout page.

  3. Enter your shipping address. The system will automatically calculate and display the available shipping options and their respective costs.

  4. Note: You are not obligated to complete the order by viewing the shipping costs. You may remove items from your cart at any time before finalizing the payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Grand Magic Holding Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
