1. General Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse, we are fully committed to resolving any issues related to product quality or order accuracy. If your item is defective or incorrect, we are here to help.

2. Defective, Flawed, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the incorrect product, please contact us at info@tengtengfit.com within 3 days of delivery. To expedite your request, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect or the incorrect item received.

Important: Please do not send your item back until you have received written approval and instructions from our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing flaws will not be accepted.

4. Shipping & Logistics Notice

We provide international shipping to deliver our products directly to you. Please be aware that international delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or regional service disruptions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping estimates are provided for reference only and that shipping delays do not qualify an order for a refund.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: For approved returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Replacements: If an exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to reflect the transaction.

7. Inventory Availability

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you promptly. You will be given the option to choose an alternative product of equal value or receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
